I've followed the video tutorial regarding customization and I want to have the LABEL "Design, Project Management" say "Project Management". I also wanted to change the LABEL "GST Tax" to "Maintenance". I've done everything the tutorial said to do and the "Custom4" template is changed to reflect my changes yet, when I generate a preview the original Custom4 is what appears.

Editing templates is a powerful way to customize BidMagic. There are a few reasons that you may have a problem, depending on your Windows operating system. Please contact support and ask them to assist you with "Template Paths and Permissions."
By the way, BidMagic Pro version has a feature called 'Label Mapping' in the settings menu. This allows you to change labels in the templates and even on the BidMagic screens.
